This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which subscriptions may be cancelled and refunds may be issued.

By purchasing or subscribing to any product or service provided by MICROPARK® ONCLOUD PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to this policy.

All Micropark products and services are offered on a subscription or prepaid basis, providing uninterrupted access to features and services for the selected billing period.

To prevent automatic renewal charges, subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing or renewal date, in accordance with Microsoft policies.

To comply with Google Play and Apple App Store policies, users are advised to cancel subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in automatic renewal and billing for the next cycle.
